Investor registration privacy notice

When you request investment disclosure, VisaV collects your name, email, country of residence, optional phone number, whether you are the investor or acting for someone else, the proposed investor’s name and your relationship or professional role when applicable, investor country of birth, location, optional U.S. immigration status and family details, filing timeframe, funding readiness, selected projects, electronic signature, accepted agreement and submission date. We use these records to handle your request, coordinate disclosures and introductions, contact you about your request and retain evidence of your authorization.

As authorized in the registration agreement, we may share your name, contact information, the proposed investor’s name (where you have confirmed permission) and project selections with the relevant regional centers, developers and their representatives. Our website hosting and email providers process registration information on our behalf. The website currently uses FormSubmit to send registration notifications to VisaV. Service providers and recipients may process information outside your country of residence.

Registration records are stored in the website’s database and notification emails are sent to VisaV. They are not available through a public investor directory. We retain records as needed to handle your request and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Signing up does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent to future introductions, contact info@visav.com. Withdrawal does not undo disclosures already made, and some records may need to be retained.
